Dropio is an AI-powered platform designed for dropshipping businesses. It provides tools including AI copy generation, store analytics, ad insights, product scouting, supply chain management, and chargeback dispute assistance. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Dropio offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly:

All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard.

4. Free Trial

New accounts start on a free trial with limited access to core features. No credit card is required for the trial. Upgrading to a paid plan immediately unlocks full feature access for your chosen tier.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at support@dropio.ai for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dropio only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the platform
• Violate Shopify, Meta, or any advertising platform's terms of service

7. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for informational and operational assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. Dropio does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or legally compliant. Always verify claims before publishing.

8. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store, you grant Dropio read and write access to your store data, including orders, products, and customers. This access is used solely to power the features you use within Dropio. You can revoke this access at any time from your Shopify admin.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your store data and any content you upload. AI-generated outputs belong to you. Dropio retains all rights to the platform, its code, design, and AI systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
